Hangxity

Does anyone else get hangxity after drinking ? Iv been drinking since I was 18 not everyday but once a while or every other weekend never had any issues. Well now I’m 28 and have been recently dealing with insomnia/anxiety and when I drink the next day I get terrible hanxiety or after I’m done drinking I feel super sick like I got the flu.
