Clearing out Dads old bar. Is any of this alcohol worth it (and safe) to give away?

I’m not a big drinker and have to clear out my Dads old bar.
I don’t know much about this stuff and most of this stuff is opened and I’m not sure if it stays drinkable years after being opened.
I’m likely going to give it away on FB marketplace or give to friends but I don’t want to get anyone sick.
Any thoughts?
