Klonopin and alcohol and also gabapentin sometimes

So i mix klonopin (about 1mg) with alcohol (between 4-8 drinks) about once a week or so and then use gab shortly after to help the next day, is this basically suicidal? Do i need help? I had a seizure while driving recently and the doctors are guessing its either due to stress or benzo withdrawal
