Uncle Nearest Stays in Receivership; Founder’s Holding Company Added

A federal judge has issued a ruling maintaining the court-supervised receivership for Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey and broadening that oversight to encompass founder Fawn Weaver’s personal holding company.
