Extreme drowsiness after very little alcohol; is there any way for me to enjoy drinking again?

I miss being able to enjoy some alcohol on my weekends.

I cant have a good time on it at all anymore because I get so tired. Literally 1 or 2 shots, sometimes only half a cidar/beer, and I just feel like going to sleep. It sucks all the fun out of it.

I used to be able to have a good time and not wanna pass out till the end of the night when I’d crash hard. But now I try to have even a little and I’m low energy, yawning, and mentally tired. I hate it. (I lost a significant amount of weight and I believe this is why its changed but idk)

Caffine does very little to help. Is there any good methods to stopping or reducing the drowsiness of alcohol? And is there any underlining reason I might get so tired after so little? I cant even casually enjoy one or two drinks with friends:(
