Hepatitis B and drinking beer almost everyday

Hi guys

I am 25 yrs old man , I have chronic hepatitis B and I drink beer almost everyday especially for the last two weeks . I think I hard at-least 100 bottles of beer in this month .

I love beer and I enjoy it . Do you guys think I am sabotaging my self ? I want to hear your opinions , I don’t want some fake doctors opinions. Thank you
