What type of wine is this, still ok to drink?

Was gifted this bottle back in 2014 for our wedding. Been doing some cleaning in the house and found a couple old bottles of booze.

Wife wanted to try it, but neither of us have a clue what it is or if it’s ok to drink this far out. Has some floaties inside it as well.
