Jerk chicken and rum cake drunk cooking at my grandmas for Mother’s Day

Recently I had the good idea to make jerk chicken and rum cake for Mother’s Day as I wanted to do something more special for my mom than buy her a damn Stanley cup, temu shit she likes,etc and I always wanted to try rum cake and shit all lined up for this to happen now and I’m happy and excited to try it as I haven’t been over there yet to grill the chicken and try the cake yet. But it’s not all good unfortunately. Since I am 18 not 21 my grandma wasn’t pleased I was sipping on the rum but I assure her and with the backing of my vyvanse, caffeine, nicotine (I didn’t say this part of course) i was very coherent and only moderately drunk and the most extreme part was how I was about to sleep on the couch by the end of it all, I really wasn’t visibly drunk at most someone would notice hey he’s just got a buzz going that’s all, my damn grandma hid the damn rum from me while my eyes were closed she’s a damn witch but I still love her enough to make this fuckin dinner of course and wish her happy Mother’s Day
