took tylenol before drinking, not sure how bad it is

i took 1500 mg of tylenol, the pain doesnt go away if i take anything less. i forgot i did that and then had 3 shots of rum, trying to keep myself hydrated to flush it out but i feel kinda fatigued and vaguely nauseous, but nothing super horrible. am i freaking myself out over nothing?
