Need a good recommendation, help a girl out cuties
I know it’s not ethical to promote day drinking but weaponize it against your electrical engineering department’s old sour sod of a head teacher once and you’ll get it.
I got a few exams coming up, some worth around %30 of my grade and some I could sleep through without slicing off even a 0.01 my GPA. Last exam season when I felt like I started to spiral, not with alcoholism or anything just with pure unbridled anxiety, I thought I’d fail anyways so I brought out convenience store gin and thought I’d go down on the motherfucker. After 5 sips or so I was feeling pretty sweet, and shit was suddenly not to complicated anymore. It all just made sense in its own way, and I could sit back down and squeeze out 3 more hours outta myself that I normally wouldn’t have been able to. I did a lot better than I thought, and even landed somewhere among the top despite giving 2 weeks of effort at best.
Who thought alcohol didn’t have to be a problem but could be the solution instead? Once again I’d like to clarify I’m not promoting or glorifying anything, but a sip or two at the right moment makes you believe in love again.
All that being said, I need y’all to chip in with some sweet, sweet knowledge of what I could drink. I want something that’s gonna get me up high and happy, with enough of my wits remaining on me to actually study.
Gin works pretty well, besides the ear burning stuff, and I won’t be abusing it enough to down a bottle per day. Little by little, sip by sip. So whatever idea you people can come up with I’ll give it a try. No Smirnoff. That’s the only rule I have. I’ve got bad enough memories with that bottle, and I don’t want it even if it’s the best option available.
