Ibuprofen / OTC painkillers with alcohol

I’ve googled this so many times and never find a clear answer for my specific situation. Okay. So. I’ve been taking the max dose of ibuprofen for the last few days for sinus pain. 400mg three times daily. Tonight I decided to drink. Generally I have around 3-6 beers. I’m starting to feel a fair amount of pain again. Is it super dangerous to take another dose of ibuprofen after drinking? It’s been about 6 hours since the last dose. And I had some pizza before drinking.
