Advice on getting drunk for the first time

So I’m of drinking age in my country (16) and have never drunk before. My parents will be out of the house for a week soon and I just wanted an idea on how much is too much. My original plan was to just buy a 1 liter tetrapack of wine and down it. Chat gpt says that may cause alcohol poisoning, basically everything I asked chat said was too dangerous. What and how much should I drink. Also would appreciate some advice.

Note: I can’t drink any spirits since you have to be 18.
