question

so I’m just wondering I drank about 2 bottles worth in two days I know, holy shit. but I’m just wondering if that will be out of my system after a week (7 days) looking it up it seems that the standard is max 5 but there is a lot of conflicting results and it seems I drank over even the heavy use amount. Thanks for any info.
