How to keep a collection if you wanna drink it?

Lately, I’ve been thinking about starting a bottle collection, but I can’t bring myself not to drink it. I like to enjoy it, but the idea of having beautiful and expensive bottles on display is also charming. The idea I had was to drink it, keep the bottles, and fill them with colored alcohol again, but I don’t think people do this, and I don’t know if it’s a good idea. What do you all think? Should I drink it, or should I keep it?
