Hangover Help

I’ve been throwing up yellow/green fluid all day and starting to freak out. I was only able to keep water down for a couple of hours before I threw it all up again. I have something I have to be at tomorrow morning and I’m worried that I’ve really done some damage. I’ve never been hungover like this so it’s a new experience. What should I do? Do I need to go to the hospital?
