Tingling in hands and feet

For context I am half Vietnamese/half white. I drink maybe once or twice a month and in very little quantities. I’ve noticed recently that after I’ve gone out for the night, the next day my hands and feet feel like pins and needles. I get a headache while drinking, but not any of the other symptoms of Asian flush. I would be surprised if it were alcohol neuropathy by how little I consume alcohol. Could it really be?
