Odd reaction to alcohol consumption when I hit my 30s

When I hit my 30s I started getting this reaction to alcohol. Now it’s common for people to begin to get worse hangovers at this point, but I don’t really feel like that’s what this is. I’ll try to explain it in bullet points:

Completely fine during drinking and for about 7 hours after all alcohol has left system No typical hangover symptoms whatsoever such as malaise, headache etc. at any point, other than what is described in next bullet point At about 7 hour mark, sudden appearance of fluttering feeling in chest, can feel my heartbeat, very strong anxiety Lasts for about 2 hours, then suddenly disappears Amount of alcohol consumption totally irrelevant, e.g. 1 drink causes this just as reliably as 4

Anyone have anything like this? I’m assuming it’s a metabolite that my body suddenly hates. Basically makes drinking not worth it any more which really sucks but obviously also has a significant upside.
