Where can I get Riga black balsam in Ireland?

Hello everyone! For context ,my boyfriend is Latvian and we both live in Ireland ,we met at college here . He absolutely loves balsam but has an extremely hard time finding it in Ireland . I was wondering if anyone knew places online where I could get it shipped to him as a Christmas present. Any ideas ?
