anyone have pain under adams app a week after throwing up?

i dont drink like that anymore but i went out the 31fst …i def remember somehow getting home…throwing up…not caring and passing out…brought home a cheesteak lol so when i woke up at 7 am i felt fine and ate that…and then when i finally woke up i could not stop throwing up for a few hours…didnt think to much of it besides ik ima feel like shit for a bit…. a week later i feel fine …but yesterday i noticed the bottom of my neck/throat kidna tender…today it was even more sore if it touch it …it def not strong pain but ig enough for me to worry esp since i didnt notice it all week…or even if i move my head to look up i can feel a bit of pain…
