Best Bourbon/Whiskey Gift for My Girlfriend’s Dad Based on His Shelf?

I’m trying to buy a bottle of bourbon or whiskey as a gift for my girlfriend’s dad. I snapped a picture of his liquor shelf and noticed he has Heaven’s Door Revival, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, and Ninety Nine Ice Cask Whisky—so he definitely enjoys whiskey, but doesn’t have a super deep collection.
