Standard Drink Question

Howdy folks,

I’ve had issues with drinking in the past, and one thing I’ve carried over from that time is always writing down every single drink I take. I currently have several 750ml bottles of ale that I share with my girfriend. Each bottle is about 7.6% alcohol, but it’s not liquor so one standard drink isn’t 1.5 fl oz. If it’s 7.6%, like a heavier beer, would I treat it like 12 fl oz is a serving? I’m just not sure what to do when it involves a full bottle that isn’t liquor. Any help is appreciated.
