what to order at a networking event that doesn’t make me seem like a drunk college kid

idk if this is even the right sub to post on so if i should be directed elsewhere let me know. but i’m in college gonna graduate soon, and i’m going to a networking event in a few days that’s geared towards young professionals. this might sound stupid so please forgive me for being ignorant but the event gives you one free drink, what should i order that doesn’t make me seem like a stereotypical college kid, if that makes sense.

like one time i went to a bar in the city and ordered an amaretto sour and the guy literally laughed at me and asked if i was 22. like yes i am but that hurt lol. i’m worried if i get something like a vodka cranberry to tequila pineapple it’s gonna be obvious that im new here, if that makes sense.

what drink recommendations do you guys have?? nothing over the top im not trying to impress old money/ultra wealthy people, just i literally don’t ever get anything outside of the stereotypical “college town” drinks (vodka redbull, vodka cran, amaretto sour, and tequila sunrise are my go tos lol)
