Fear that I let a stranger inside my apartment

So I got black out drunk last Monday and barely remember the end of the night. I somehow have a vivid memory that my friend came back by my balcony after he left because he forgot something. (Thing that already happened) I ask him about what he forgot Monday since I couldn’t remember it. He said he never came back. Now I have intense fear that I let a stranger inside my apartment so drunk thinking it was my friend. Or maybe it was just a dream. Can blackout create fake memories like that?
