Limbs get numb and tingle when drunk.

I’m 21m and I rarely drink. Since high school I would only get drunk (like actually drunk) at parties and social gatherings. If I do drink normally it’s between 1-3 drink. But when I get drunk my limbs (feet and hands to be specific) tend to go a little numb and tingle. It’s nothing that is concerning and I only notice it if I’m sitting still. I’m in good health and have no underlying conditions. I’m just curious if this happens to others. Some of my friends say this exact thing happens to them.
