Any tips for less chance to black out?
By black out i mean “seem aware but not actually be able to think”as if you where on autopilot bassically.So i want some tips on trying to reduce the amount of times i black out bc i think i black out too often.But whats wierd is that i only black out when i drink with other people and then leave them.For example if i am drinking with some friends at a bar and i part ways with them there is a high likelyhood that i will blackout when im not around them.I presume this is bc i dont have stimuli so what i gave myself as a task is to drink at least a bit of coffe after i part ways with friends.When i drink alone i literally never blacked out(except when i was really starting out or in a really i mean really bad spot in life).So thanks if you have any tips and if you do know tell me if the coffe method works.:)
