20F , 5’3 Why do I go ‘crazy ‘ when drunk

After about only 150ML of vodka mixed with Coca Cola it hits me but the thing is i do not act like a normal drunk I start pulling random passer bys t shirts and I go ultra low inhabitation I feel like I can do anything it’s a really ‘manic ‘ feeling

For context I am usually very socially anxious so I would never act so crazy especially in public . It is really embarrassing

Why do I get impacted like this ?
