Shots not working for me?

Hi. I don’t normally walk on territory like this [or even use Reddit in general unless for genuine questions] but I didn’t feel like making a quora account to ask this question. I’m an 18 year old who is pretty short and slightly chubby, or around ideal really. I’m not sure if this is worth mentioning but I’m neurodivergent, so there’s that. My father was a born alcoholic and was an alcoholic majority of his life until the day he passed, mainly drinking beer. I’ve recently hit a rough patch in my life and mental health and have taken my family’s drinks to make myself feel better. I found a tiny little “twisted shots pussycat” shot and I took it with me. I googled on how long the effects take place and it said around 15 minutes. I took the shot and waited for the effects, but it’s been two hours and I feel nothing. Nothing at all; no difference. I feel like I just drank nothing at this point. I’m just wondering if I’ve got a high tolerance for alcohol? Does alcohol Barely affect me? Last month, I took one of my family member’s beer with 7% alc and felt nothing; but that was my first ever time drinking in my . Do I have a high tolerance to alcohol due to my dad’s alcohol consumption? Does my neurodivergence play a role in this? Is it a health issue? I genuinely don’t know what to think right now. I’m not upset or anything but I’m very confused and somewhat worried. I kind of wanted to get drunk tonight to distract myself from stress but it didn’t do anything to me.
