Libido/ sex drive after quitting drinking alcohol and becoming sober.

I have never struggled with a low sex drive while drinking. Whilst I wouldn’t have considered myself an alcoholic I was definitely drinking more than I should.

I definitely struggled with a difficulty to achieve an orgasm whilst drinking but that initial drive and initiating sex with my partner regularly (and becoming aroused) was not an issue.

I have recently in the last 3 weeks completely cut out alcohol and my sex drive is non existent. I have achieved orgasm with sex toys whilst alone but even that felt somewhat forced.

Has anyone else experienced a dip in sex drive/ libido when becoming sober? Any tips or help on how to overcome this, I love my partner and I am still attracted to him. Part of me thinks it’s possibly a confidence issue.
