Shallow breathing after drinking heavy-ish

Had 6/7 drinks last night over like 5 hours. Felt fine the whole time. Played with my dog for a little while, fine. Laid down to sleep and I just felt like my breathing was so slow and shallow. My heart was slow too but it’s usually slow at night.

I have a lot of anxiety issues and I’ve had an echocardiogram, 2 week holter monitor, blood tests, xray, and ekgs, all came back fine like 2-3 months ago but I wasn’t drinking at the time. So I should be fine, right?

It’s just really scary. Eventually I fell asleep, woke up fine, just tired but that’s normal after drinking. Cause of my anxiety I always feel my heart beating in my chest but I couldn’t feel it last night which made me probably twice as anxious.

I guess I’m just looking for reassurance or asking if anyone has had a similar experience. I know I’m most likely just overthinking. The cardiologist and pulmonologist and another doctor told me I don’t even need to quit drinking, they said I just need to relax and live my life, but it’s hard.
