Headaches/neck pain with beer

Hello everyone! I think this is my first post here and I’ve read the rules so hopefully this is allowed!! Posting to ask/see if anyone else experiences this. Whenever I drink beer, I get a nasty headache and intense neck pain and I find myself wanting to take Tylenol and most of the time actually taking it. I know Tylenol and alcohol is less than preferred but when the pain gets bad, it’s all I can think about for relief. I do have a wheat allergy but when I do eat wheat, it does not give me the same issues. Why would wheat in alcohol form cause it? Does anyone else have this issue? Appreciate any help I may get, Thanks in advance!!!
