2-3 drinks a week ..trying hard to quit

apologies to those that are trying to quit larger consumption issues but i myself hate the fact that one day every week i need to catch up with netflix and i just love the buzz , watching stuff and eating some junk food.

Please note that for the rest of the week, i workout like 5 days a week, follow intermittent fasting, go rock climbing on sundays, run a startup and help with managing my 2 year old ( so weekdays are hectic and a lil stressful )

The reason i gave the above description of my life is that for some reason, i feel that i owe myself some alone time once a week and be able to enjoy 2-3 drinks BUT i know for a fact that it fucks up my sleep for 2 consecutive nights and i have always hated dependence on ANY THING/ONE

i m planning to begin by cutting this to 2-3 drinks a fortnight and substitute movie nights with just more junk food for that one night .. but my mind is fighting very hard about this .. any pointers / personal experiences will be a blessing
