Drug test help

So I drank three cups of coffee this morning and throughout the day I had about two and a half cans of sodas and was peeing through out the day. I had a good sized sandwich for lunch, went and my pee was yellowish.. kinda foamy. Will this be diluted..? Any help is appreciated. I cant be diluted. I couldn’t go this morning so I went to work as usual and went around 4.15
