Alcohol symptoms

I thought having slightly/fairly numb hands was a common symptom of drunk ness for the past few years but I’ve asked around and this seems to not be the case amongst my friends – should I go to my doctor about this? I am 21 female and have been drinking for a good few years. Whenever I get heavily drunk (ie enough to stumble and head dizzy), my hands feel numb enough to where it feels very strange to wash my hands and hold my hands together. Not completely numb, but maybe 50-60%? I would guess?? I am panicking after looking at websites about alcoholic neuropathy but I’m unsure as to whether this is the right diagnosis. Thank you
