I had 1 12oz Blue Moon. Why are my cheeks red? Cause for ER?

I’m a white dude. I randomly drink and sometimes my face turns reddit under my eyes. Well now it’s really red going up the side of my nose. I feel ok but is this cause for concern ?

I wonder if it’s because I ate salsa with the beer…
