Homemade limoncello. How’d I do?

Made some homemade limoncello, but the Polish version which is cytrynówka and it’s way stronger. I was really happy with the taste.

500 ml spirytus (or grain alcohol), 250 ml vodka, 250 ml simple syrup mixed with lemon juice. Additional lemon rinds soaked in vodka.

I estimate it’s around 60% abv. Tastes weaker than it should.

Strained through coffee filters o remove the pulp.
