Spirits Legal Update: Provi’s Antitrust Case Against Southern and RNDC to Move Forward; Tennessee Online Retailers Fined

E-commerce beverage-alcohol platform Provi’s lawsuit against Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits and Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) will be able to go forward after a judge today denied a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by the two distributors.
