This rum cocktail from Will Pasternak Blacktail NYC brings the flavors and Cuba.
Señor Marco
Ingredients
2 oz. Pineapple- and coconut-infused Cuban rum blend¼ oz. Suze liqueur¼ oz. Banana liqueur½ oz. Cocchi Americano½ oz. Verjus
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir briefly to chill ingredients.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Squeeze a lemon peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.
