Help!

Hello 🙋‍♂️. I really need your views and advice since apparently what I’m going through is rare/ nuanced such that people around me have no faint clue about the cause(s) and solution(s). Last Saturday, I went to a house party. I drank a lot of alcohol, where I felt that I got to being really drunk. Friends of friends offered me shots (vodka?), I must’ve had 5-10 in total, plus 2 glasses of white wine. I was very energetic at some point, dancing provocatively and gliding down the banister as opposed to taking the stairs. I ended up going home at half midnight, in tears and calling my ex for some type of comfort. All these decisions were not even fun, or a typical choice. Anyway, now we are on Wednesday and since Sunday I have had all the symptoms as listed on the title of this post. My main symptom worrying me is the slurring. I’m typically a very articulate and coherent speaker and give presentations as a main aspect of my job, and I heard as well as feel that others (colleagues etc.,) noticed too. All the while I worry that this is permanent even though I’ve only really started drinking on a weekend basis since last year October or so. Not every weekend but most. I am now cutting out alcohol for good. But right now I’m not myself and no one is there to reassure that I’ll be myself again. I don’t even know what damage I’ve done or not. I’m trying to be healthy going forward: take omega 3, vitamins, electrolytes, gym, meditating etc. I’m not seeing significant improvements. Any questions let me know. Please help me, I’m scared.
