Why does my chest hurt after drinking and smoking?

Yesterday I was drinking a little liqour and then had a beer. I started to notice the left side of my chest was hurting. The night before yesterday I had barely slept (4:00-7:30)and vaped a lot that night. I don’t usually vape that often or that much but I did that night. With my shirt off this morning I’m noticing that the left side kind of looks bigger than the right. What could this be? Do I need to tell someone? I’m 16 (M)
