Cheap wine?

Hello y’all. I haven’t been the biggest fan of red wine due to the nail polish tasting bitterness, so I wonder if there’s anything lower priced and easy to find with less or none of the harsh bitterness I experienced. The poor experience was at a local vineyard where I took a flight of some expensive wines. These days I like the sharpness of bourbon whiskeys, so there’s a chance that my taste has changed over time.

After hearing people’s positive experience with red wines with many saying it tastes good, I want to give some cheap or mid priced brands a try, the stuff you’d find at the grocery store or common liquor store.

What are some lower priced wines that are not too harsh? I like sweetness if that helps.
