What to do if I can’t make myself vomit?

I’ve always had some problems with vomitting and making myself vomit. Never have I ever vomitted from drinking, even when I drank a disgustingly stupid amount. I’m far more cautious with how much I drink now, but the fact that I cannot throw up still worries and bothers me.
