Amber rocks flooded with spiritus

I have never drank spiritus before or anything remotely to this, it’s literally real ambers flooded with spiritus, apparently it’s supposed to work like medicine, but I poured a little more of it in a glass and thinned it out with water, which then changed it’s colour from goldish brown to white like milk, which is also confusing asf. It tastes really bitter and unpleasant, I don’t know if it’s safe to drink?
