I don’t get enough sleep after drinking, how to help with this?
Title basically says it all. Every time I go to bed after drinking, I wake up exactly 5 hours after I fall asleep. last night I was asleep before midnight and this morning I woke up at 4:45!
When not drinking, I usually sleep for 9 hours so I know the 5 hours isn’t enough. I drink 2-3 times a week, so that’s 8-12 hours of sleep I’m losing every week. I know how detrimental that can be for my health in the long run. Does anyone have any tips on sleeping longer?
