How long will it take me to get the shakes and alcohol dependency all that ugly stuff ?

I fell in love with alcohol when I was 16 and pretty much drank without care or abandon since then, with certain breaks lasting a year or so when I was like 20 but for the most part I love alcohol and when given booze I will drink like a pirate

I’m still less than 30 years old but I drink in the morning most days now and really just love getting drunk

How long will it take me to reap the ill effects ? What is the process from drinking for fun to drinking to stop shakes and feel normal ?

I don’t get shakes or anything like that but I tend to always really fucking want a drink no matter the hour

I guess i’m asking when do I stop ? I drink a lot . I don’t get “withdrawals” yet but I guess i’m worried about being like 40 years old and not being able to function without and getting the shakes and all that .

I fucking love alcohol , but I want to quit before things would get sort of depraved if you know what I mean
