Accidentally drank 70% alcohol now im immense pain

Me and my friend found a bunch of non labeled bottles in his brothers cabinet so we took a whiff of it and it smelled like regular tequila. he only drank 3 shots whereas I drank 10-12. My lung space has been hurting for the past 2 days. cant get out of bed. cant eat anything or it will start hurting again, does anyone know what to do in this situation?
