Virgin Substitutes?

I am having themed cocktails during a movie with a couple friends tomorrow. I have learned that one of my friends who is coming has recently cut alcohol. She said she would drink virgin cocktails though, and I don’t want her to feel left out. Are there easy substitutes for gin and vodka? And maybe green melon liqueur and crème de violette? None of us are connoisseurs. I’m just hoping for like juice or soda or something simple that won’t make the cocktails drastically different for her.
