I get hot flashes after half a glass of wine – why?

This didn’t used to happen. I am 29F. I’ve had my thyroid checked out numerous times – doc says it’s totally fine. Lots of blood panels and nothing seems to worry my doc at all about them. But this just doesn’t seem normal.

I stopped drinking for a few years, then started again a couple weeks ago. Maybe a glass of wine/two glasses of wine a night. (Please, no criticism. I’ve heard it all, your input only serves yourself.)

What could cause this?
