Sediment in Urine – Anyone else?

Hey everyone, I’m 21, male, and for about 3 years now I’ve drank most nights of the week, averaging 5 drinks but sometimes up to 10. I’ve noticed in the past month or two that when I wake up in the morning especially, but also while drinking when I’m already a few in that I’ll pee and there will be a sort of sediment that collects at the bottom of whatever I’m pissing into… It kind of resembles when you pour a packet of liquid IV or similar drink mix into water without stirring it and it collects at the bottom of the cup. There’s a little bit of pain in my dick while peeing, and I’m wondering if anyone has gone through similar? Should I be really concerned? I had blood work done a couple months ago and my kidney function was within normal function/gfr. I’m trying to cut back to drinking only once a week but it’s definitely a challenge. I work 3 13 hour shifts a week and I’m able to abstain from drinking those nights but whenever I have off work it feels virtually impossible. I’m not very smart or responsible and have zero self control but I know I need to cut back. I’m just looking for advice on this issue, thanks.
