Weird feeling in my bum when I start drinking

Nothing gross here, just wondering if anyone else gets this weird sensation. When I have my first drink of the night, more so if it’s something with a spirit in it a wine, less with beer, my butt feels warm and twitchy and relaxed, lowkey feels really comfy tho it’s like a cozy feeling. Kinda really fucking weird Ik but im curious if anyone else gets this when they have their first drink on an evening.
