I want to start drinking so I can feel numb
I drink occasionally when I’m out with friends, not much. I’ve been going through it recently and I’m sick and tired of feeling horrible all the time. I want to know what and how much I can drink to effectively numb myself for let’s say one night without risking addiction. Basically I just want recommendations of how some of you guys like to wind down after a long day. Thanks : )
Also, please don’t leave comments telling me this is a bad idea and I should see a therapist or something, I already know.
